I'm doing something totally unpredictable. A tag post. I know, I know, you're shocked right now. Staring at the screen, mouth opened, adjusting your (imaginary) glasses and reading this title again. Is it possible you're about to read a post about me? Yes, people, it's true. I'm going to introduce myself a bit more through 5 simple questions.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><tbody><tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/56a53bd4a2bab8bce6c4f4f3/t/5addf5076d2a73086ea53280/1524512760837/Flt+Images+Who+am+I.png?format=1500w" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" data-original-height="562" data-original-width="800" height="450" src="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/56a53bd4a2bab8bce6c4f4f3/t/5addf5076d2a73086ea53280/1524512760837/Flt+Images+Who+am+I.png?format=1500w" width="640" /></a></td></tr><tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Source: <a href="https://www.fulllifetherapy.com/blog/33zpjcxe6ld4xwlce66myh782f2p56" target="_blank">https://www.fulllifetherapy.com/blog/33zpjcxe6ld4xwlce66myh782f2p56</a></td></tr></tbody></table><div style="text-align: left;"><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />Hailey knows me well so I need to thank her for this tag. If you don't know who she is, I highly suggest visiting her blog <a href="https://haileyjaderyan.com/" target="_blank">The Undateable Girl's Diary</a> which I regularly read because she has great topics and I really like her writing style, simple and interesting... Anyways, let's jump into this one.</div><span><a name='more'></a></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><div style="text-align: justify;">As per usual, let's first get to the rules of this tag:</div><span><ul style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;">use “The Face Behind the Blog” tag to post a bit about yourself</li><li style="text-align: justify;">tag two or more blogs that you love or leave an open invitation</li><li style="text-align: justify;">be sure to mention this post and the original post on JanOnTheBlog.com</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Who am I?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Well... I'm a 25-year-old girl, from central/southeast Europe trying to make it in this world. Did this sound corny? Yeah, I'm that too. I'm a really creative person, very driven, wanting to do and see everything and anything. I'm really a social person when I get to know somebody and I hate doing anything alone (which is why I can't make myself to work out). I'm an aviation lover, licensed nail technician, dog lover who also loves interior design. And I'm waiting for someone to get me a job that will combine all of the above. I'm also a hopeless romantic, waiting for that old fashioned dream love story. Which is why I've been single for 25 years. I'm also quite socially awkward and shy with new people. I'm the person that will choose hanging out with my friends, both chilling and partying, over anything with phones or computers related.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Where am I from?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">I already mentioned it in the previous answer, but to be specific, I'm from Croatia. The most beautiful country on the planet. Sure, I'm totally biased, but I love it that much. I would not change it for the world. Whenever someone asks me would I move in just a different city within our country, I always say 'no'. And I think I'm very lucky to love my place this much. Can't wait to get my own place to experience the full freedom though.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>What's a perfect day?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">A day with my favorite people. I don't really care what we're doing, but I need to have my favorite people around me. I have the luck to be working with some of the best people I know so a perfect day can be at work too. I had a great day at work just two weeks ago... So I'm not picky. I would like to rent a house, make some BBQ, chill and hang out with them and end the night with a house party or a night out. Oh, and music is a must. Music has to be playing in the background all the time!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>What do I do?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">I don't really wanna say because it's very specific and I'm a bit paranoid, but I'll just say I'm in the aviation business. I'm currently not employed full-time so I don't want to jinx anything, but if everything goes as planned I could have my awesome job by March 2021. Pray for me!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Why do I blog?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">To be completely honest, I just like to talk about stuff. I've explained this quite a lot of times, but it all started because a guy I liked went off with another girl and I had to tell somebody about it and writing it in my journal wasn't enough. And it soon became my personal diary, rant notebook. And then I opened this blog for my nails, fashion and beauty stuff. And I'm planning on expanding it soon so who knows where this will go... But all of this crap I'm writing may be helpful so somebody, even if it's just one person, and I think that's enough to keep running my blogs.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">I tag everybody that wants to talk a bit about themselves, everybody that finds this fun to do or just have no ideas for their next post. I like reading these as much as I love writing them.</div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: large;"><b>If you have any more tag posts, random questions you want me to answer or anything at all, write it down in the comment section!</b></span></div></span></div><p></p>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2261630228713914504.post-52431968311964037642020-10-14T20:57:00.004+02:002020-10-14T20:57:56.009+02:00Would You Rather…? I love them cause they're fun to read and easy to write. I also love to talk about myself (not in real life though...). Anyhow, I saw this post over at Hailey's blog (<a href="https://haileyjaderyan.com/" target="_blank">The Undateable Girl's Diary</a>) and she took it from <a href="https://threeyellowdaisies.ca/2020/10/09/would-you-rather-fashion-edition/" target="_blank">3YellowDaisies</a> so read their posts too (after you read mine, of course). As Hailey said, the only rules are that you have to actually make a decision, and “I don’t know” is not an acceptable answer.</p><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><tbody><tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://ministryark.com/katy/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/WOULD-YOU-RATHER-1080x675.jpg" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" data-original-height="500" data-original-width="800" height="400" src="https://ministryark.com/katy/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/WOULD-YOU-RATHER-1080x675.jpg" width="640" /></a></td></tr><tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Source: <a href="https://ministryark.com/game/would-you-rather-game/">https://ministryark.com/game/would-you-rather-game/</a></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br />There are only 10 questions, but I hope you'll like my answers and, hopefully, you'll think about these and answer them yourself. Let's start.</p><p><span></span></p><a name='more'></a><p></p><p></p><div><br /></div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Wear the same outfit every day or only be allowed to wear neutrals for life?</li></ul><p></p><p>Neutrals for life. My closet is 70% black, 20% white and 10% other colors. I love mixing my clothes and finding other ways to wear the same items, but colors are definitely not a need for me. Weirdly enough, I wear more colors during winter, but if you gave me only black for the rest of my life I would be perfectly good with it.</p><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Be underdressed or overdressed for an event?</li></ul><p></p><p>Definitely overdressed. I can come wearing a dress and heels for a simple coffee date with my friends, but I could never come in a sweatpants to a wedding. Sure, this may be extreme, but it's my way of thinking about it. </p><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Have an unlimited supply of perfect white t-shirts or perfect little black dresses?</li></ul><p></p><p>Ugh, that's a tough one because, as I said, I wear mostly black. And I love a good dress... However, I feel most comfortable in jeans and a T-shirt so I'll go with white T-shirts.</p><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Only be able to wear futuristic or old-timey clothing?</li></ul><p></p><p>Old fashion. Don't get me wrong, I like where we are now with fashion and I know I'll adapt to anything that comes in the future, but I love the old fashion. But how old? I love the 50's, but I also love the 80's and 90's. But, in general, I prefer the old fashion trends over anything futuristic (which I imagine with a lot of metal and spikes for some reason <i>haha</i>).</p><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Have a closet filled with only prints and bright colors or black clothes?</li></ul><div>Black on black with black, please. Black jeans, black T-shirt, black boots and a good black leather jacket. My ideal outfit.</div><p></p><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Wear leather jackets or denim jackets for the rest of your life?</li></ul><p></p><p></p><div>OK, now this goes against my last answer, but I think I would choose denim jackets just because I love leather pants and I don't think I look good in all leather. And I bought a denim jacket just this spring and I've worn it with so many different outfits and styles and it works.</div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Wear Chanel or Louis Vuitton?</li></ul><p></p><p></p><div>I don't know any of their work (<i>is that weird?</i>) so I had to Google which didn't really help. However, I'm gonna go with Chanel just because I think LV has a tacky logo and signature print. Those cream LV logos on that brown is just the worst to me.</div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Wear only dresses or coordinating suits for all formal events?</li></ul><p></p><p></p><div>Suits. As much as I freaking love putting on a dress and feeling like a princess, I feel more comfortable in pants and if we're talking for the rest of my life, I would like a suit. There's something about a good suit that makes you feel so powerful and yet so elegant.</div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Wear heels that are ugly and old, but super comfortable or gorgeous heels that everyone loves, but torture your feet and give you blisters?</li></ul><p></p><p>I can't say I have ugly heels, but I usually go for my old black pair whenever I know I'll have to walk or dance a lot. So comfortable it is. I have few pairs of newer heels, but I wear them only if I have a ride or to dinner dates or to a theater... You get it.</p><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Shop more and pay less or shop less and live more?</li></ul><p></p><p>Shop less and live more. I absolutely love shopping, but it could never be more fulfilling than spending time with my friends, going to concerts, traveling, even working (read my <a href="http://thisisallus.blogspot.com/2020/10/my-honest-opinion-on-my-job-after-2.html">post linked</a> on the top of this post). Clothes won't make memories.</p><p><br /></p><p style="text-align: center;"><b><span style="font-size: large;">I had so much fun writing these down! <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">** On a personal note this week: <a href="http://thisisallus.blogspot.com/2020/05/3-songs-that-remind-me-of-different.html" target="_blank">3 songs that remind me of different people</a></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Be honest, how much money do you spend Internet shopping in a month? It's all fun and games when you see few dollars here, few dollars there. However, then you look at the total in your cart and somehow you've spend $100 in a day. And there are few sites good for this: AliExpress, Amazon and, of course, my beloved eBay.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fxzQdXqbCj4/XtO2zRVAI3I/AAAAAAAADkE/83bKvbp8JbY0ns5bImWFUzCfY5X1TztQACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/1.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="595" data-original-width="1600" height="236" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fxzQdXqbCj4/XtO2zRVAI3I/AAAAAAAADkE/83bKvbp8JbY0ns5bImWFUzCfY5X1TztQACLcBGAsYHQ/s640/1.PNG" width="640" /></a></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I found out about eBay around 10 years ago and I've been loving it ever since. Maybe it's stupid, but I kinda feel obligated to stay loyal to it and not go on other similar sites. Anyhow, I usually buy random bits from it and I have to admit, the quality and reality of the products have sometimes been questionable. To be fair, I always set the price point quite low, only few dollars... However, among all these weird stuff, there are some gems. Let's take a look.</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Everything I want, I first try to find on eBay for a good price before I buy it in my local stores which are 100 times more expensive. So here are all the things I needed (wanted, of course) that are absolutely awesome.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Bathrobe. </b>Starting with the last item I ordered, this is a silk/satin bathrobe. Of course, the materials couldn't be exact for only few dollars, but it feels very nice, soft and silky actually. It's the right size, length and the design is as shown.<br />
You can find <a href="https://www.ebay.com/itm/bride-Promotional-Bride-Long-Women-Kimono-Robe-satin-silk-Night-dressing-Gown/302664703402?hash=item467838ddaa:m:mYvGxTwGNCLWQsOBJBDvObw" target="_blank">my bathrobe here</a> (I got a light blue long one).<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gPWWn_h-X_4/XtO20B-9xLI/AAAAAAAADkM/aaenKRuSaQUrq_Ccc-C9ljDAc6ZDz78fwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/4.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="516" data-original-width="693" height="476" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gPWWn_h-X_4/XtO20B-9xLI/AAAAAAAADkM/aaenKRuSaQUrq_Ccc-C9ljDAc6ZDz78fwCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/4.PNG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Jewelry box.</b> I don't know how long I wanted a bigger jewelry box. However, in my country, they're around $70 dollars. I couldn't justify giving that much money for a box so I went online and found this one. I'm absolutely in love with it. It has all the right compartments, it's very well made and I love the subtle design on the outside.<br />
You can <a href="https://www.ebay.com/itm/Two-Layer-Lockable-PU-Leather-Jewelry-Box-Organizer-Storage-Heart-Shape-Mirror/283387240727?_trkparms=aid%3D1110006%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20200520130149%26meid%3Dd635cbc27a2b499bae54745686491055%26pid%3D100012%26rk%3D6%26rkt%3D12%26sd%3D202429376904%26itm%3D283387240727%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D2047675%26algv%3DSimplAMLv5PairwiseWebWithBBEV2bDemotion%26brand%3DUnbranded&_trksid=p2047675.c100012.m1985" target="_blank">find it here</a>. I also got a smaller one for traveling and you can <a href="https://www.ebay.com/itm/312228448375" target="_blank">find it here</a>.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Shoe straps.</b> This is a random one, but if you're struggling with shoes staying on, maybe you'll love this. My feet aren't the same size (as it's normal, but mine are too different), so I always have one shoe so tight and one a bit loose. For that reason I can't wear heels without straps. I got these removable and adjustable straps which I can now put on any shoes anywhere, anytime. I love this.<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You can <a href="https://www.ebay.com/itm/112605684759" target="_blank">find them here</a> in all the colors needed.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<b><br /></b>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="about:invalid#zClosurez" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="about:invalid#zClosurez" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Computer mouse and computer headphones. Again, these are way more expensive here so I found them on eBay. I got this silent mouse which works great 3rd year in a row. And I love how you can't hear the clicks. These headphones are also now in their 3rd year and they work like a charm. Have in mind I don't need something super great and powerful for my computer so these work for me just fine.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You can find <a href="https://www.ebay.com/itm/Iriver-Noiseless-Ergononic-Design-Optical-Nouse-USB-Mouse-No-Click-Sound/183194069760?var=690470311423&hash=item2aa737ab00:g:ng8AAOSwlila3ri5" target="_blank">my mouse here</a>.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
Of course, there are stuff that just don't work, come in broken or whatever. I've always have my items resent or I got my money back. In these 10 years, I had only one minor problem with the seller, so I would say eBay is a great site. If you're willing to spend more money, of course, you'll get better quality products. Also, if you're buying anything fragile, take the time and send seller a message saying you would like a bubble wrap and a box packaging. They usually pay attention to this, but it's not bad to remind them one more time.</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: large;">OK, be honest and tell me how many stuff do you need/want from this list? Do you have shoe problems? Do you wear bathrobes like a boss?</span></b></div>

Instagram ads. Facebook ads. Youtube ads. Funny concept,
those ads. They come in just when you need them, right? I mean, it's no secret

My weak spot is definitely fashion. I mean, I have a weak

buying it. However, I've been eyeing this one brand for quite some time now as
they seemed too expensive for me. Then Christmas came around and the discounts
hit us from all around. So did this brand.</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
I wrote it in the title, but in case you don't know what I'm
talking about, here are the <a href="https://lumiliu.com/" target="_blank">Lumiliu bags</a>. You know those that reflect light and
then show the entire rainbow? Yes, I bought one of those. I had 3 models in
mind, but I also knew I couldn't afford them all. So, after a close
examination, I chose "<a href="https://lumiliu.com/collections/lumikay/products/classy" target="_blank">Classy</a>".</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
It was about $55 and it took it about 2-3 weeks to arrive (I honestly can't remember when exactly it came). It came in plastic
bag with some sort of bubble wrap in it. Inside there was a separate dust-proof
bag which was a nice surprise. I still put it in that bag if I'm not using it.
It's also good for protection of the special coating that reflects light.<br />
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have to say I immediately fell in love with it. I love weird bags, statement bags, because I usually wear all black and I need and want that pop of something in my outfits. As shown on their site, it really does reflect the light in different ways and I really like it how it's only slightly rainbow-y in a daily sunlight.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pTlmUHJfiL4/XqVptn9ZZXI/AAAAAAAADiM/qnALZqMvAaUo01up2U5vsYAKTOG2UK6oQCEwYBhgL/s1600/blog2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pTlmUHJfiL4/XqVptn9ZZXI/AAAAAAAADiM/qnALZqMvAaUo01up2U5vsYAKTOG2UK6oQCEwYBhgL/s640/blog2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Now, the reason why I'm writing this few months too late is I wanted to use it, to experience it before I write anything final down. I also tried to make a collaboration or some kind of deal with them, but that's a failed attempt. Anyhow... After months of using it, I have some good and some not so good things to report. I'll start with good, of course. I still love the quality and the colors. However, I made a mistake in choosing a style. "Classy" looks good, but it's not practical. It's quite hard to open and you can't do it quickly as a bag should open. Also, it's a bit of an awkward shape for my taste. It's more boxy than I thought it would be so it doesn't fit a lot of stuff, but looks bigger than I would want it. Now, they provide measurements on the site so this is my fault, but I couldn't picture the exact bag in my head.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-WDNjBDUdF3E/XqVpthyTV3I/AAAAAAAADiQ/m6lZSUbydX0MW53kgpu_eRkcwE7T-lraQCEwYBhgL/s1600/blog1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-WDNjBDUdF3E/XqVpthyTV3I/AAAAAAAADiQ/m6lZSUbydX0MW53kgpu_eRkcwE7T-lraQCEwYBhgL/s640/blog1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
After getting this one, I wish I would have gone for one of my other choices "<a href="https://lumiliu.com/products/unity" target="_blank">Unity</a>", "<a href="https://lumiliu.com/products/criss-cross?variant=7601888624697" target="_blank">Criss-cross</a>" or "<a href="https://lumiliu.com/products/saizer" target="_blank">Saizer</a>". Unfortunately, now I can't afford getting a new one, but maybe some time in the future I'll get another one. I still think these are great bags with a unique style. Just pay more attention to the style, size and type of closure if you decide to get one.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lBNXDRMW1JM/XqVrZGcodXI/AAAAAAAADio/EJVux5_OlS0Lf93FtbKYgxcQBnB-1UE2gCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/cats.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" data-original-height="506" data-original-width="1600" height="202" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lBNXDRMW1JM/XqVrZGcodXI/AAAAAAAADio/EJVux5_OlS0Lf93FtbKYgxcQBnB-1UE2gCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/cats.jpg" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">From left to right: Saizer, Criss-cross, Unity</td></tr>

Also, Lumiliu if you see this, I'd like to collaborate with you. Haha.<br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">** On a personal note this week: <a href="http://thisisallus.blogspot.com/2020/03/quarantine-workout-routine-for-totally.html" target="_blank">Quarantine workout routine (for totally unfit people)</a></span><br />
<br />
I take some trends very personally. I'm usually the type to stick to basics and I don't fall for many trends because I know they're just a waste of money and, more often, they're something that really doesn't suit me or my style. However, they're here and here I am as well to comment. <i>And just so you know, I regretted putting only 5 of these on the list...</i><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pzIfwRJCU8U/XpymRe7u-UI/AAAAAAAADhg/I-dNnnHmdkMqByjjMUUXn7JqTwj6Mv4GgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/BeFunky-design.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="900" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pzIfwRJCU8U/XpymRe7u-UI/AAAAAAAADhg/I-dNnnHmdkMqByjjMUUXn7JqTwj6Mv4GgCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/BeFunky-design.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As I did one of these for girls (find it <a href="https://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2020/02/5-trends-for-girls-i-hate.html" target="_blank">here</a>), I had to do one for guys too. There are some things I really dislike and find really unattractive. So here I go.<br />
<i>Note: Again, you're not suppose to feel bad because of this post. That's just what I don't like. So do your thing and enjoy it... Also, even if I'll say that that's not for guys, that of course doesn't mean that you can't wear/carry/do it. It's just that I don't like it like that.</i><br />
<a name='more'></a><i><br /></i></div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">half hair bun</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't even know what to call these, but guys can you please stop it? I have no idea how this became a thing, but I (and majority of people I know or read somewhere) really really really don't like it. Also, I know some can really pull it off, but man buns are definitely not a look I would go for.</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">lots of (sleek) hair on the top and none on the sides</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I also have no idea how to call this one, but I have a feeling all guys are having the same haircut these days. Can we just go back to normal hairstyles, whatever that's suppose to mean. If a baseball cap is not touching your head because you have hair too tall, you're doing it wrong.</div>
</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">murses (apparently, that's a man's purse)</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Why would you carry that? I get it, sometimes it's practical, but guys always had briefcases and those waist bags. Seeing a proper purse or a female bag on a guy is a huge turn-off, but that aside, a look I would not like to see. Ever.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<ul>
<li>drop-crotch pants</li>
</ul>
<div>
Seriously, I would hate these on anyone, but I've seen mostly guys wearing it. So, no. I don't know what's so great about the huge piece of unnecessary fabric hanging between your legs. Are they so comfortable? I mean, wear sweatpants then. I don't know. These never look good in my opinion. Not on girls, not on guys.</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>super tight pants</li>
</ul>
<div>
Again, girls wore this better, so it's obviously a girl thing. Kidding, but I still really don't like this. Unfortunately, most guys I see wearing these have so skinny legs that just don't match the upper body (especially if wearing a thick jacket) so it's usually so weird looking.</div>
</div>
<div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: x-large;">OK, what's on your list? I know you have some... :) </span></b></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I've been thinking about this one for a while now. I need to push my love for nails a bit more on this blog. I want to share my love with someone and I think this is one way to find my manicure soul mate. If you're the one, let me know...</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YS5vz4grLGQ/XpOK3Vi46eI/AAAAAAAADg4/ik5SrYU1RaEi3agERp8gaNIVW6uej2uswCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/BeFunky-collage%2B%25281%2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="981" data-original-width="1600" height="392" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YS5vz4grLGQ/XpOK3Vi46eI/AAAAAAAADg4/ik5SrYU1RaEi3agERp8gaNIVW6uej2uswCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/BeFunky-collage%2B%25281%2529.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I've written about manicures quite a lot over the past years of blogging and I know for a fact that my tips helped some of you. So I tend to keep that reputation and make more posts that could help you maintain the best possible manicure without losing a lot of money. Let's start.</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Be realistic.</b> Before anything, you need to know your nails and your routines. If your nails naturally chip a lot, if they're thin and break a lot, there's only so much you can change about it. You can make them significantly better, but not over night and with just one product. Also, have in mind that your daily routines may be in a way of perfect manicure. For example, if you work with some chemical liquids, hand washing the dishes, scrub the bathroom, etc., nail polish will lose that battle.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Base and top coat.</b> I didn't used to be addicted to these two products, but now I can't make a manicure without them. Base coat will protect your natural nail, prevent it from going yellow and prepare it for the next layer, the colored nail polish. Top coat, on the other hand, is much more than just an added gloss. It keeps your manicure sealed. If you look at it closely, you can notice it will wear off after some time. If you didn't have it, that would be your colored nail polish wearing off and then the whole manicure would look really bad really quickly.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Stay away from liquids.</b> I mentioned before some chemicals (medical staff, for example, will use some), but this also includes water. Showering, washing hands, etc., is, of course, allowed, but soaking your hands in any liquids is not. Nails tend to change shape and become wider in such conditions and then they shrink back after they're dry. This will cause the breakage of the nail polish bonds and it will become more likely your polish will chip.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">** On a personal note this week: <a href="http://thisisallus.blogspot.com/2020/03/quarantine-workout-routine-for-totally.html" target="_blank">Quarantine workout routine (for totally unfit people)</a></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In the past few days I've seen about 30 declutter videos. Surprisigly, I started with my own closet for two reasons. First is that I absolutely love organizing stuff and second was that I was simply bored being closed inside my 4 walls for 2 weeks (so far). So, once I was done with my closet, I fell into this YouTube vortex of declutter videos. I like them all, but organizing clothes is my biggest love.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
While I was watching all of it, I realized some things all girls had in common and some mistakes they made (in my opinion). If you're stuck at home like I am, this is a post for you.</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Organize clothes in categories and then declutter.</b> If you have the tendency to shove things into your closet, you may lose sight of what you actually have in which category. Organize items into T-shirts, dresses, jeans, bracelets, boots, sneakers, whatever. That way you'll see how many items you have, how similar they are and do you really need them all.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">This is my original starting point. I had clothes everywhere, more under my couch (picture 2), some bags and boxes in the closet too.</td></tr>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Is it a basic piece?</b> The truth is, I don't need 10 black T-shirts. However, something like that is really a basic piece and I always need to have them ready to go. Some pieces are just easy to style so it's OK to have more than one, just in case some are in the washing or you just stained one T-shirt and need a quick wardrobe change.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Does it fit?</b> I mean, this is a no brainer. Is there really a point in keeping some clothes that don't fit right? You want to feel good in what you wear so the fit is really important. In case you have some old clothes, the chances are they're too small, too big, too short...</div>

<b>Is it comfortable?</b> I had some shoes that were killing my feet, but I kept them because "I could wear them to a wedding". I'm not going to wear something that I know is terrible ever again. Same as the dress that gave me an allergic reaction during the summer. It is beautiful, soft material, nice fit. But something went wrong and now I know I won't be reaching for it again.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Can I wear it with different items and styles?</b> This goes with the item being basic. But, also, you can alter some pieces and they can become 'your basic'. Something that I would definitely need to style carefully may be something you wear on daily basis with basically anything. If you can get more looks out of it, I guess you need it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">And this was the result. I swapped winter and summer clothes, I bought some boxes for my scarves, fancy stuff, scarfs...</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>How much do I actually wear it?</b> 'Once a year' is not a good answer to this question. Unless it's tradition to wear your red sweater every single Christmas Eve, your polka-dot blouse each Easter, your cropped black jeans to the festival or something like that, it's time to get rid of it. I'm keeping my Christmas dress even though I wear it only once a year for only a couple of hours. But it's tradition. Wearing a regular shirt only few times in 365 days tells me it's not worth keeping.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Can I repurpose it?</b> If you really like an item, but know you don't wear it much, think about repurposing it. Maybe you can turn few of those into a quilt, maybe a dog blanket or bed. Maybe you can turn long jeans into shorts, a top into crop-top or a gym attire...</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Keep the sentimental pieces.</b> With the previous one, it's OK to keep some stuff. Limit yourself to to 10 pieces you're keeping just because. Maybe it's your mom's favorite dress from when she was young, the first T-shirt you stole form your boyfriend, the dress you graduated in, the blouse you wore for your first job interview,... It's OK to be sentimental. The point it just to limit yourself so you really pick the most important stuff.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Then I bought some more clothes... And I left some items I never wear in hopes I'll repurpose them... Sew something new...</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>It's OK to do bit by bit.</b> I find decluttering very satisfying and seeing before and after pictures makes me very happy! However, it's OK to do it by taking baby steps. Maybe you're not ready to part with some pieces, but maybe you'll get rid of them in another closet clear-out.<br />
<b>It's OK to keep 'special' items. </b>If you have a little black dress you never wear or a suit or a glittery dress... It's OK to keep those just in case. Those are some ultimate pieces that you, of course, don't wear often, but an occasion will come when you'll need them. Trust me, keep those items.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Categorize stuff while putting them back (by style, color or type).</b> I separate clothes by type - jeans, T-shirts, long sleeves, dresses and so on. If I'm looking for a dress, I can see everything I have in just one glance and I don't need to go through my entire closet. Also, if you're in a hurry, you'll most likely take what first catches your eye and you'll forget about the other items.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Fold it nicely.</b> This is probably the biggest mistake I've seen girls do. I don't know if that's just for the video so it would have a better before and after effect, but everything is just thrown into the closet. That way you have way less space, you can't see most of the stuff and you won't wear something that's wrinkled. You need to be able to see everything you have in the closet.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgIUYETDHG5ToYgKyb6UQYge_l9ftqDZAIhM9eT0cJKKZXwSkakPthEHwYBHYngsvU3EZLbWscdCIjcDArKl0jwB8kQz408DzVa9oDocxjMZH-CgZBcqaU5tAbG29lRW-ctKtyaZ9bFAk6U/s1600/blog5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" data-original-height="755" data-original-width="1600" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgIUYETDHG5ToYgKyb6UQYge_l9ftqDZAIhM9eT0cJKKZXwSkakPthEHwYBHYngsvU3EZLbWscdCIjcDArKl0jwB8kQz408DzVa9oDocxjMZH-CgZBcqaU5tAbG29lRW-ctKtyaZ9bFAk6U/s640/blog5.jpg" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Then I decided it was time to put ALL of my clothes in the closet. Summer and winter. So I got this bag out of the couch (picture 1), all the clothes from the closet (picture 2) and jumped into it.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Separate the 'maybe' pile and see if you reach for any of the stuff.</b> If there are some stuff you'd like to wear more, but don't know if you actually will, separate them into a 'maybe' pile and then you have two choices. Either bring it to the front of your closet to really see them every single day or, what I do, put them in a bag and shove somewhere out of sight. In a few weeks I can't even tell what's inside meaning I really don't need those pieces.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Now that I'm done, do I have room for new clothes?</b> The point of decluttering is getting more space in your closets. Not necessarily for new things (you don't need to go on a shopping spree immediately), but just so you could easily see everything and so that everything has its own place. You'll see that if you see that you can fit few more pieces into a drawer or on a hanger.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
And now I have this. It may not look a lot different from the starting photo, but have in mind this is now all of my clothes. I used to have seasonal clothes in the closet and it made it worse because I would forget about some and I would buy more and ultimately it didn't fit. There are definitely less hangers in here. Now I have <i>everything</i> here, displayed and reachable.<br />
<i>Update: I got rid of an entire garbage bag of clothes which I gave to a friend, cousins, etc. and also a shopping bag of clothes went to trash.</i><br />
<i><br /></i>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">** On a personal note this week: <a href="http://thisisallus.blogspot.com/2020/02/my-thoughts-while-watching-to-all-boys.html" target="_blank">My thoughts on "To All The Boys P.S. I Still Love You"</a></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I will forever think that a freshly washed hair and nice hairstyle will beat a good make-up day any time. As eyebrows do too, hair is framing your face. It's a sign of how much time you had and what you have been through during the day. For example, I had a nice hair day when I was going out, but rain just started pouring, wind was blowing so hard that I came to work looking like I was dragged through the field of burdock.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Mr_MHAN5I60/XlESvLDwtqI/AAAAAAAADeU/k-ZRLO9k8yQenE8b_N2Djv8222HBqjwIACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/123.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Mr_MHAN5I60/XlESvLDwtqI/AAAAAAAADeU/k-ZRLO9k8yQenE8b_N2Djv8222HBqjwIACLcBGAsYHQ/s640/123.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And just when I thought I was actually doing good with my hair… I've been exploring with some new shampoos that are made for my type of hair, I've cut the dead ends (something I should do more often, I know) and I've been styling it so it's not getting too dry or damaged. I'll write more on this in some future post, but today I have a new product to show you.</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I've come across this new hair product while I was buying something completely different (as I usually do). It caught my eye cause it says „silk hair“, because it was my country's product and because it was quite cheap. So what is it actually?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Silk on. Hair serum. Provides hair with shine and volume. Smoothens the top layer of the hair and split ends. Increases hairstyle durability. Makes combing the hair easier. Does not add grease.</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Apply few drops of serum equally on the tips of wet or dry hair.</i></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Xwi3xtNu3R4/XlESu3l-CqI/AAAAAAAADeY/Le1PSxsS0FMYFnMqlkaTb_yvSbiFCBpRACEwYBhgL/s1600/234.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Xwi3xtNu3R4/XlESu3l-CqI/AAAAAAAADeY/Le1PSxsS0FMYFnMqlkaTb_yvSbiFCBpRACEwYBhgL/s640/234.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When I first pumped out this product, I have to admit I was scared that it would add grease. I know most products say that won't do that, but they end up messing my hair anyway. It definitely had that silky feeling and it was something like a dry oil if that makes any sense. I also have to say that I've never used it on a wet hair. I use some other products so I didn't want to add on unnecessary products to already questionable condition of my hair.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Every time I wash and dry my hair, it looks amazing, voluminous and fresh. However, after few days of not washing it, the top gets greasier (thank God for dry shampoos) and the ends start to look a bit dry and dull. Here is where my new product came in handy. I applied 2 pumps on the loose parts of my hair (from the top of the neck downwards), spread it more or less evenly and let it sit. At first, I, again, thought it will look greasy, but I was pleasantly surprised when I realized my hair did look a lot smoother and it was very silky to the touch.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I guess this creates a new layer on top of your hair that makes it feel like it's in a much better condition than it actually is. I've been using it here and there, especially after using a dry shampoo, to revive my hair in between the washing.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-BhCSl0R8Si8/XlESuznUytI/AAAAAAAADec/WNmnQBOgC907NSYnbPqWeCA-DZn7YLo3QCEwYBhgL/s1600/345.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-BhCSl0R8Si8/XlESuznUytI/AAAAAAAADec/WNmnQBOgC907NSYnbPqWeCA-DZn7YLo3QCEwYBhgL/s640/345.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have to say it's probably not something revolutionary (I could be wrong), but I haven't seen anything like it before and it works really well for what it claims it'll do. I'm also so proud that people in my country made this product. I would recommend it as a short-term solution to a bad hair day or split and dry ends.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

OK, look, I know it's been two months since Christmas and I'm kinda late with this, but would you believe me if I told you I just now got the time to go through it? I honestly haven't touched any of these stuff since I opened them.</div>

The other advent calendar I had was for a giveaway so I took care of it sooner, but this one I wasn't in a rush to deal with. If the recipients of the giveaway are reading this, I would love it if they send me a feedback or a photo or something. Anyways, let's get into my advent calendar by, probably, my favorite brand out there.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Nail products:</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Of course I'm going to start with my favorite category. If you ask me, Essence's strongest game is in the nail department, even though they have some awesome products out of it too. In total, I got 6 nail polishes. Each one has a Christmas themed bottle which is so cute. They are also typical winter and really festive colors with dark red, berry, glitter black and gold. I also got a sparkling nail file which, to be honest, I won't be using much, but I love these small ones to carry around with me, just in case my nail breaks. And then there is a package of nail stickers. I also put these other 2 packages of stickers here because I'll most probably use them on my nails too. All in all, I'm very happy with this category.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tU5p60ufcO0/XlENXt4NmuI/AAAAAAAADeA/B5KSe5GQTNcvwIxn5HUg-mh_ZZaXzHzOgCEwYBhgL/s1600/20200218_2123471.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tU5p60ufcO0/XlENXt4NmuI/AAAAAAAADeA/B5KSe5GQTNcvwIxn5HUg-mh_ZZaXzHzOgCEwYBhgL/s640/20200218_2123471.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Make-up products:</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Starting from my favorite, I got this gorgeous red lipstick. It's a deep, a bit darker red with matte finish. I can't wait to try it out. Then I got a lip liner in a dark mauve color. I really like it, but it would make more sense if they just gave us the same shade as the lipstick. However, I can use this lip liner on its own to fill my entire lips and I love that color on me. I also got a color changing lipstick which goes from black to pink-ish and I thought I would hate it because I don't like how pink lipsticks look on me, but this one transfers into a darker pink on my lips and I fell in love with it immediately. It's a perfect everyday look. I got two more pencils, one brownish for the eyes which I know I'll use and one brow pencil, but in shade blonde which I definitely can't use so I'll give it away. I also got a highlighter which looks great for a slightly darker skin (or me during summer), but I already have 3 highlighters and I don't need another one so I'll give it away as well. Last item here is mascara which I'll keep. It's a standard black one, but I love the big spooly.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-skcaXD3kpWw/XlENYRRB9UI/AAAAAAAADeE/DF6n4-qL4ogn1qOYJi8CEYqO6_2NyYo0QCEwYBhgL/s1600/20200218_2126281.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-skcaXD3kpWw/XlENYRRB9UI/AAAAAAAADeE/DF6n4-qL4ogn1qOYJi8CEYqO6_2NyYo0QCEwYBhgL/s640/20200218_2126281.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Other items:</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Here we have a bath bomb which I'll never use cause I tried it once and I freaking hated every minute of it (post about hating bath bombs). Then there's a bracelet which is cute, but also for a teenager or 10-year-old so I'm going to give it to my friend for her younger sister. One very useful thing here is this hand cream. I always love these mini versions, again, so I could carry it in my bag and always have it with me. Then there's a pocket mirror which I was actually excited about because it's cute, but there's no lid on the other side. You get this cute front side and then there's an exposed mirror on the other. I can already see it being all scratched and dirty, not to mention it could shatter so easily. They did not think this one through very well. I also got oil control papers which I like carrying around, but never actually use so we'll see what I'll do with those. The last thing are Christmas presents tags which will come in handy next year so I'll definitely save those.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-S7sOy5WTRI0/XlENWCeXuFI/AAAAAAAADeA/Q8mmv0BNJeg8wkAzfArfW-5o6nnFaiG0wCEwYBhgL/s1600/20200218_2120241.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-S7sOy5WTRI0/XlENWCeXuFI/AAAAAAAADeA/Q8mmv0BNJeg8wkAzfArfW-5o6nnFaiG0wCEwYBhgL/s640/20200218_2120241.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
All in all, I'm quite happy with the stuff I got. I won't be keeping all of these, mostly because I already have those products in some versions, but I would say they're all good products. I know for sure I'll use nail polishes and lip products.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: x-large;">Would you be happy with any of these? Did you buy any advent calendar this last holiday season?</span></b></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">** On a personal note this week: <a href="http://thisisallus.blogspot.com/2020/02/coronavirus-and-how-we-should-be.html" target="_blank">Coronavirus and how we should be handling it</a></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm still on these "new year, new me" stuff. <i>Until when? I don't know.</i> But, maybe it'll help me actually accomplish some of <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2020/01/personal-2020-goals.html" target="_blank">my 2020 goals</a>. If you read that post, you saw that there's fitness item on the list. As it is every single year. And it's been on the list for so long now that I really need to make some changes in my life. Otherwise, I'll never be fully happy.<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-nkX1aKW9e3s/XkkvSeYl5II/AAAAAAAADcg/mvQ01hIKjb0VZiX963PKAiAxURf_VFDIACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/Izrezak2.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="849" data-original-width="1258" height="430" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-nkX1aKW9e3s/XkkvSeYl5II/AAAAAAAADcg/mvQ01hIKjb0VZiX963PKAiAxURf_VFDIACLcBGAsYHQ/s640/Izrezak2.PNG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I was writing <a href="http://thisisallus.blogspot.com/search/label/My%20weight%20loss" target="_blank">a full body image journey on my personal blog</a> (8 parts), so definitely read that to see what was I struggling with most of my life. C'mon, raise your hand if you struggle with body image and fitness, diets, etc. Most young people do, because of their twisted image of a perfect body. I'm guilty of it too and now I'm far too deep into it that I can't accept myself 100%. So I decided to change that and try the new thing that should help me both physically and mentally. Let's see what it's all about.</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I came across this ad on the Internet, offering me a totally personalized fitness/diet plan made for my needs and wishes with the food I actually want and like to eat. And the offer seemed to be on a discount (which I see now is probably the regular price, they just want you hooked on it). So I went for it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm talking about <a href="https://bodyfitplan.me/" target="_blank">BodyFit page</a>. I'm not sure where I saw this, on Facebook or Instagram, but where ever it was, it came in a perfect timing (<i>don't all ads do?</i>). When you go on the page, you're entering a quiz to determine your body and your wishes. It immediately felt very personalized. In just few minutes I was asked a lot of questions and to be able to pick the food I do and don't like was a deal-breaker because I'm a really picky eater.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1l-OvNIqUfE/XkkvXgnywVI/AAAAAAAADck/jb1iBLZduDov74hwj0-5gxMa7Siu633gwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/Izrezak1.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="796" data-original-width="1469" height="346" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1l-OvNIqUfE/XkkvXgnywVI/AAAAAAAADck/jb1iBLZduDov74hwj0-5gxMa7Siu633gwCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/Izrezak1.PNG" width="640" /></a></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I picked my goals which is only to lose weight and I also ticked that I go to fitness classes 2 times a week which I started at the beginning of the year. To be honest, those classes weren't really for weight loss purposes, but to fill my evenings, to improve my sleeping and to stretch a bit here and there. I don't go to the gym and I don't do though exercises so don't think I'm sweating a lot.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'll also give you my starting points:</div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">weight 73 kg (160 lb 15 oz)</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">height 169 cm (5' 6)</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">age 25</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">BMI slightly overweight</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And my ideal points:</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">weight 55 kg</li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pOV1jb0q8O0/XkkvefK-ceI/AAAAAAAADc8/p9WuCOmqHmkSJuXW_iAdpqYQ9BixwiUmQCEwYBhgL/s1600/bodyfit2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="496" data-original-width="557" height="568" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pOV1jb0q8O0/XkkvefK-ceI/AAAAAAAADc8/p9WuCOmqHmkSJuXW_iAdpqYQ9BixwiUmQCEwYBhgL/s640/bodyfit2.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
According to them, I could lose 18 kg (39 lb 11 oz) by the April of 2020. I should drink minimum of 2.2 liters of water each day which will not be a problem cause I really do drink a lot of it now as it is. Also, my metabolic age is 29. I already feel quite old so I want to reduce that number as much as possible.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I also got the full meal plan which I went through and saw that I love all the food there which, I said already, was a deal-breaker. As much as I would love to love my body 100%, I will never give up the tasty food. That's still more important and I enjoy it so much!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5Ea5tJT_4IE/XkkvdD_fa0I/AAAAAAAADdI/J9ASvo0fPIIjtz3TKLuxif5mqGk1m3aHQCEwYBhgL/s1600/1.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="539" data-original-width="998" height="344" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5Ea5tJT_4IE/XkkvdD_fa0I/AAAAAAAADdI/J9ASvo0fPIIjtz3TKLuxif5mqGk1m3aHQCEwYBhgL/s640/1.PNG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Before I end this I need to point out that I usually give up these kinds of stuff because I don't see the results as soon as I'd like to, but also because I never liked the program (food issues, haha). But I'm actually looking forward to this one.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
OK, that's all. I'll check in sometime in April or May to conclude this story and to give you all the updates. I'll be OK with baby steps, but I need to make some steps.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">** On a personal note this week: <a href="http://thisisallus.blogspot.com/2020/02/coronavirus-and-how-we-should-be.html" target="_blank">Coronavirus and how we should be handling it</a></span><br />
<br />
How about using strong words like "hate" in the title, huh? I'm gonna talk about some well known trends that have girls go crazy which I definitely don't like. Don't be fooled, there are some more, but I'll talk about them if you show any interest in this topic. Haha. Also, guy's trends are also coming.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ZZJFp_d-SM0/XjdQrJSssuI/AAAAAAAADcE/4mRb9bIwA0wvcFNDBP5daPOrEVeuqdDDACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/BeFunky-design.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="900" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ZZJFp_d-SM0/XjdQrJSssuI/AAAAAAAADcE/4mRb9bIwA0wvcFNDBP5daPOrEVeuqdDDACLcBGAsYHQ/s640/BeFunky-design.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Note: I have a feeling I have to say that it doesn't really matter what I think and you certainly shouldn't feel bad if I say I don't like something you like. Do your thing, but I'll just state my opinions. Hopefully I'll find someone who thinks alike. The rest of you, stay tuned for the next post...</i><br />
<a name='more'></a><i><br /></i></div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">ugly dad sneakers</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When I first wrote a draft for this post, this was all about UGG boots. However, the times have changed and I don't see as many UGGs walking around, and, even though I still hate them in all colors, shapes and materials, I had to give the first bullet to the ugly dad shoes. Or whatever they're called. I've seen those paired with jeans, dresses and skirts and I absolutely hate the look of them in all combinations.</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">lip liner not matching the lipstick</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This has been around for a while now and it never looks good in my opinion. Girls would put on a darker brown lip liner and then fill the lips with a lighter nude shade. This should make your lips look fuller or something, but it just looks like you can't see colors. OMG, and especially when they overline the lips so it looks super ridiculous. </div>
</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">drawing eyebrows and correcting them with concealer</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I just don't get that 'on fleek' eyebrows. They always look fake. They're usually a lot darker than normal hair and way too big. Some filling in is OK I guess when eyebrows really do frame the face, but what I usually see it just too much. Also, no eyebrows have right angles. Sometimes it's like a girl took a sharpie and all geometry knowledge and applied it on her eyebrows. And OK, you have your perfect eyebrows on and then you have to sharpen them even more with concealer. Seeing that lighter shade above eyebrows is so irrationally annoying. I don't know why it can't be the concealer in the shade of the rest of the face, but I can honestly not stand that line. Below the eyebrows as well.</div>
</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">super short high-waisted shorts</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is maybe my self-consciousness talking, but I really don't like shorts that are something like boxers. Pants are made to cover your underwear so I want people to wear them like that. If I see any part of your butt and you're supposed to be wearing pants of any kind, I don't like it. To be honest, I find that really unattractive and vulgar. But these super short high-waisted shorts are an absolute enigma to me. They cover half of your body, but not the one they're actually supposed to cover.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<ul>
<li>short thick fur coats</li>
</ul>
<div>
For me, (winter) coat is something to keep you warm. Now, I usually see these paired with super slim mini skirts and the girl wearing it is usually shaking cause she's freezing. And I honestly don't care how she feels regarding cold because she chose to dress that way, but I really dislike the appearance. They make the body so not proportional - it's huge on the upper part and there's nothing below...</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-large;"><b>OK, what are you irrationally annoyed by? What girl trends do you hate? And which of these you like?</b></span></div>
</div>

<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Guys, I can't be buying more bags. I showed you my entire collection in the post <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2017/03/my-bag-collection.html" target="_blank">My bag collection</a> and since then I got rid of some, true, but I also got more. And I'm still planning on getting my self a <a href="https://www.ebay.com/itm/batman-logo-Rivet-Shoulder-Handbag-for-Women/322254326067?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649" target="_blank">Batman handbag</a> so check it out and please tell me in the comments whether I should get it or not.</div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-UoKYYWm_V18/XixMGZ1T2AI/AAAAAAAADbg/xv2EP-ejg9gsnQeMfQ3ExJATbUhxXPkjQCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/20200125_141246%2B%25282%2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="900" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-UoKYYWm_V18/XixMGZ1T2AI/AAAAAAAADbg/xv2EP-ejg9gsnQeMfQ3ExJATbUhxXPkjQCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/20200125_141246%2B%25282%2529.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I also need to buy more big bags because I'm going smaller and smaller by each purchase. But that's OK cause I really like cute little/medium bags. Anyways, if you're nosy like me, you can check other posts like this under the label <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/search/label/What%27s%20in%20my%20bag%3F" target="_blank">What's in my bag?</a>. And now we move on...</div>
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm currently using this small black backpack because it's winter here and it's just most practical bag for my big puffy jacket. All of my stuff are always in there so I can just grab it with almost every outfit and know that everything is in there. I, of course, change my bags if I have time and if I'm planning my outings and outfits, but I wear this on daily basis. As soon as I got this one and compared it to my last one (see it in my post <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2017/07/whats-in-my-bag-summer-2017.html" target="_blank">What's in my bag | summer 2017</a>), I was kinda worried that it wouldn't be enough cause it's smaller, but it is. The only thing I couldn't fit was my water bottle, so I just got a smaller bottle.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-L_uNUqXMQpQ/XixMGe1LBKI/AAAAAAAADbo/g08vFoDUQnkG03RW7FF78NBpym4DE_xZQCEwYBhgL/s1600/whatsinmybag20202.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-L_uNUqXMQpQ/XixMGe1LBKI/AAAAAAAADbo/g08vFoDUQnkG03RW7FF78NBpym4DE_xZQCEwYBhgL/s640/whatsinmybag20202.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Starting from the bigger stuff, I have my <b>book</b>. I'm currently reading <a href="https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/18072892-mellan-r-tt-och-svart" target="_blank">"Between red and black" by Jan Guillou</a>. I usually read it on my way to work and back home as my bus ride is one hour in each direction and if I catch a longer break at work.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Then I have my red <b>wallet</b>. If you remember, I used to have a bigger one, but choosing this smaller backpack made me choose a smaller wallet too so I change them depending on the bag I'm carrying. I also have my <b>card holder</b> with all the membership cards because you never know which trip to home will end up in a shopping mall (the bus stop is literally in front of it).</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Also, something that's always in my bag, there are my <b>headphones</b> in this dotted pouch. I always say I'll buy a new one as this one is about 10 years old and all dirty, but I love it so it's still with me. Another <b>essential pouch</b> I have it this blue one with some pills, painkillers, band-aids, chapstick, USB cord,... All the essentials. You can read more about it in my post <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2016/07/10-things-i-always-have-with-me.html" target="_blank">10 things I always have with me</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I recently added this New York <b>notebook</b> I got for one of my previous birthdays. I always have things to do and remember, now more for work that something personal, but I don't want to have a million of little papers in my pockets. Now I'll write everything down in there.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Of course, I have <b>tissues</b>, both wet and dry. Just in case. I also recently added a <b>roll-on deodorant</b> to carry with me because I sweat a lot and I'm always hot and I like to smell nice. I hope this one will work well for me.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The last thing I have currently in my bag is this <b>strawberry bag</b>. My friend Anja bought it as a Christmas present and I've been carrying it around ever since. It's so practical to have one in your bag. It saves me lots of money for not buying bags in stores and it's durable and reusable which is great!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In this front pocket I carry my <b>home keys</b> and my <b>work key</b>. I also throw in some candy, chocolate bars, lipstick if I think I'll reapply it, etc.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

New year, new me. Says me who decided to plan my finances and stop spending too much money and just bought a dress I don't need. But I definitely love it. So that makes it OK, right? However, I did manage to cut down my expenses and if you want to know more how to save money, let me know.</div>

Also, I need to get it of my chest and say that this was totally inspired by a video by Patricia Bright (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqmoNwtwYDI" target="_blank">video linked here</a>). Definitely go watch it because I loved it and I think you all need to hear it too. Haha. And now let's get into this, shall we?</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you watched the video, Patricia goes into more general tips about saving money on things you don't need to buy and I'm going to focus on beauty items, make-up and skin care mostly. In the past year or two I really went on a roller-coaster with buying make-up. I justified it being a blogger so I convinced myself I need more than I actually do. Thankfully I didn't go really crazy, but I still have too much items for a normal person. In the past year I also became aware of what I was doing so I'm here to share my tips and advice on the topic.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Know your skin.</b> There's no need to buy primers and foundation, moisturizers and cleansers for different skin types. You should know your skin type and focus just on buying those products. While you're at it, figure out your shade and undertone for the make-up. I know each foundation is different, but having the general idea of what you're looking for is a great start.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Know your needs.</b> This is, again, going with the previous, but adding the fact that you need to know what you want out of skin care products and make-up, specifically primers and foundations. Do you want glowy, matte, poreless,etc. skin? Do you want a light every day coverage or a 24-hour long wear base? Do you need to exfoliate your skin or just gently cleanse it?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Know your colors.</b> If you know your undertone, you'll most likely know what looks good on you. I personally go for warm tones, but I have one palette with cold shades, just in case. I don't need to buy more of those as I know I don't usually go for them.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Buy just one of each.</b> We all see some great deals, some fancy packaging and think we need it. And the truth is, we have it at home, almost the same item. I used to buy things like that. I liked it so I bought few. Few of foundations, few of eyeshadow bases, few of deodorants... I know that you probably want to have options, especially if you like wearing different, fun make-up looks, but there's a limited amount of the same items you actually need. Also, with the skin care, there's no way you'll use 6 different moisturizers in your routine. Get one, use one and buy a new one.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Do your research. </b>Depending on what you care about, do your research about the products before even going to the store. If you care about a product being cruelty free, alcohol free, being in a recycled plastic container, being without some specific ingredients... That way you'll immediately eliminate some products so the temptation to buy unnecessary stuff will be smaller.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: x-large;">Do you have anything else to add? Are you OK with your spendings?</span></b></div>
</div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">** On a personal note this week: <a href="http://thisisallus.blogspot.com/2020/01/tv-shows-im-currently-watching.html" target="_blank">TV shows I'm currently watching</a></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Right. Of course I have to write a list of these things. God, how I love making lists. Are you with me? I have to say I already wrote mine and I didn't think I would share it this year. However, then I remembered some other things I could add, not specifically for me, and maybe help some of you out.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-k9vPWmi0ES8/XhuFGRRhzCI/AAAAAAAADaY/S81A9ehnz_QrQvBQTiQRqAEp6P39f0NUgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/BeFunky-design1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="1600" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-k9vPWmi0ES8/XhuFGRRhzCI/AAAAAAAADaY/S81A9ehnz_QrQvBQTiQRqAEp6P39f0NUgCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/BeFunky-design1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is for all people struggling with New Year's goals whether they're being unrealistic or maybe you just don't know what else add to the list. I'm here to solve your problems.</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>My goals:</b></div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">go ice-skating before the season ends</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">see a show in national theater</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">enroll a fitness class/join a gym</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">start nail business</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">go out clubbing more</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">visit certain places (the list is long)</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">go to 5 concerts at least</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">make a change in hairstyle</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">get a tattoo</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">learn a new language</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">write blog regularly</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">start driving again</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">contact elementary school friends</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">learn how to sew</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">read 10 books</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">consistently write a diary</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So far, this is my complete list. I'm quite happy with it and I'm happy to know these are all achievable goals for the year. How the time passes, I may add some items on the list. I'll update this list at the end of the year if you'll be interested in that.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Goals you can add:</b></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">reduce shopping for clothes</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">donate old clothes/items in general</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">stop smoking/drinking/swearing</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">add one evening a week just for yourself</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">have a restaurant meal once a month/try a new meal each month</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">keep track of your money (there are different apps or just write it all down)</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">finally start a hobby you've been talking about for months</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
These were just some on top of my head. You can add as many as you want according to your needs. Of course, the most important thing is to really think about your goal and see if it's really realistic for one year or maybe you should put it in your 5-year-plan or 10-year-plan or even a life goal. This is why most NY's goals don't work and why you should think twice before being bummed out at the end of the year.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-large;"><b>Do you do New Year's resolutions? Share some from your list!</b></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">** On a personal note this week: <a href="http://thisisallus.blogspot.com/2019/11/my-body-image-journey-holding-it-in.html" target="_blank">My body image journey - holding it in (part 2)</a></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm so glad sheet masks made their way into our beauty routines. While I think other, conventional, masks are more practical as you can probably do something while waiting for it to dry, these are usually great for quick fixes when you've been neglecting your face for way too long and now you need to save it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiviAh7vDWgHGUrSqAGdFYqfMfwZTyMfx-4sF2ZNFZJ9J_gg9V3r2nFFlDXdTkkl0VXqig5LLpoO1VZYgQqmtJ0YDRPnlzgcB2Y9rSVLqpdMSOmI4jvlUvSNlniBd209IAuAPvk8FtZ1-CS/s1600/garnier_face_sheet_mask_blog_post_review.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="904" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiviAh7vDWgHGUrSqAGdFYqfMfwZTyMfx-4sF2ZNFZJ9J_gg9V3r2nFFlDXdTkkl0VXqig5LLpoO1VZYgQqmtJ0YDRPnlzgcB2Y9rSVLqpdMSOmI4jvlUvSNlniBd209IAuAPvk8FtZ1-CS/s640/garnier_face_sheet_mask_blog_post_review.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It took me few months to actually collect them all cause they're usually sold out here, but I finally did it. Some (my mom) may think I'm crazy, but blogging life isn't that easy. I had to buy them all, test them all and write my thoughts down.</div>
<div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So far I've came across 5 different <a href="https://www.garnier.co.uk/skin-care/beauty/needs/face-masks" target="_blank">sheet masks by Garnier</a> in my country. They're about $2 each. Firstly, about the price. I think it's a bit high for what it is and the fact that you only get one use out of it. However, I don't buy them that often so I guess I can afford it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Black sheet mask with bamboo charcoal.</b> <i>Black tea extract + LHA + hyaluronic acid. Cleanses, hydrates and mattifies. For glowy skin.</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Starting with the newest one, black facial masks have been so popular lately. Charcoal is believed to be great for extracting all impurities from your skin which should make your skin smooth, clean and even. I didn't notice that as much as I wanted it to. However, I had a feeling my skin was a bit cleaner, but also stripped of its moisture which I didn't like.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Moisture + relaxing.</b> <i>Super hydrating detiring mask. Intensively rehydrates + reduces signs of fatigue and relaxes. Lavender essential oil + hyaluronic acid. For fatigued skin. Paraben free.</i><br />
I personally don't like lavender scent so I disliked this mask the most. However, it wasn't a bad mask for my skin. I wouldn't buy it again because of the scent, but I also like some other better than this one.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i><br /></i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Moisture + comfort.</b> <i>Super hydrating + soothing. Hydrates intensively + recomforts, soothes feelings of tightness. Extract of chamomile + hyaluronic acid + hydrating serum. For dry and sensitive skin.</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Even though I don't have dry skin, I had to try this one too. As I expected, this one wasn't really my favorite as it left too much of this serum on my skin. I realize it's for a totally different skin type from what I have so I'll leave it to that. I do believe this one would be great for dry skin, but I can't be the judge. I loved how my skin was smooth afterwards, but I had to get rid of the residue with a wipe.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Moisture + aqua bomb.</b> <i>Super hydrating + repulping. Hydrates intensively + replumps, boosts radiance. Extract of grenade + hyaluronic acid + hydrating serum. For dehydrated skin.</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I personally love using this one in the morning if I haven't had enough sleep. I don't think it does something revolutionary to my skin, but it helps me wake up. As it's a bit cold, it also depuffs my face pretty fast. I guess you could do that with any of these, but I find this one to be the perfect for the job. I'll continue buying it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Moisture + freshness.</b> <i>Tissue mask. Super hydrating & purifying. Hydrates intensively + refreshes, tightens pores. Extract of green tea + hyaluronic acid + hydrating serum. For normal to combination skin.</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I saved my favorite for the end. This one is actually the right fit for my skin type and it works great on my face. It leaves my skin soft, smooth, nourished. I use it after I forget my skincare for a longer period of time and it basically brings back my skin from the dead in just 15 minutes which is absolutely amazing. I'll definitely recommend this one!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: x-large;">I've heard mixed opinions about these. What's your opinion?</span></b></div>

<b>Skincare products products - cleansing:</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>L'Oreal Pure Clay cleansers.</b> I've had these red and black clay cleansers for quite a long time. I wasn't sure which one would fit my skin the best so I bought them both and often used them together. I would first wash my face with the red one and, after it would exfoliate my skin, I would use the black one to really clean it. I have to say that the combination is perfect for my skin and I'll repurchase them both. I included them in my <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2018/10/essentials-skincare.html" target="_blank">Essentials: Skincare</a> post.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Balea peeling gel.</b> I bought this as a compact product to carry with me to the summer vacation. It worked well and my skin was always left smooth. I will probably repurchase it next summer too.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>L'Oreal micellar water.</b> I used this one to remove my make-up and sometimes just to lightly clean my skin if I didn't have time for a full night routine. It worked great, it took all of my make-up off. I had to work a bit harder to remove waterproof eyeliner, but I would say it's a good product. I probably won't buy it again just because I like to try new products and I already have some waiting for me, but I would definitely recommend it. You can read more on it in my post <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2017/10/loreal-micellar-water.html" target="_blank">L'Oreal micellar water</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Oriflame Love nature toner.</b> I really thought I would like this product much more. It didn't do any damage to my skin, but I didn't particularly like it either. It left my skin quite dry and kinda rubbery which I didn't like. It fit my daily routine, which you can read about in my post <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2018/07/my-skincare-routine-morning-night.html" target="_blank">My skincare routine (morning + night)</a>, but I didn't like it on its own. I won't buy it again.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>L'Oreal kiwi scrub.</b> You know I have more of these and I like them all, but this one was probably the wors out of the bunch. I won't buy it again because I like some of their scrubs more, but I would not say it's a bad product. You can read more of my thoughts on it in my post <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2018/03/loreal-smooth-sugars-clear-scrub-kiwi.html" target="_blank">L'Oreal Smooth sugars clear scrub (kiwi)</a>.</div>

<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Wxomg7YFCNE/XgijfZiZm6I/AAAAAAAADZw/V_KRDdlDgo4Js3HI0H7dO5MxmzRHHIIiQCEwYBhgL/s1600/blog7.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Wxomg7YFCNE/XgijfZiZm6I/AAAAAAAADZw/V_KRDdlDgo4Js3HI0H7dO5MxmzRHHIIiQCEwYBhgL/s640/blog7.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>L'Oreal Hydra genius fluid.</b> My absolute favorite find of this year. I loved it since the first time I applied it on my face. It fits my skin well and I love the feeling it leaves. You can read my full thoughts on it in my review post <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2019/04/loreal-new-hydra-genius-fluid.html" target="_blank">L'Oreal new Hydra genius fluid</a>, but in short I would definitely recommend it. I also learned they have 3 of them, for different skin types so take your pick.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Nivea Essential creams</b>. As you may know by now, I love Nivea as a brand. Their products always fit my skin and these creams are no different. I liked the blue and white one better than the green one, but all in all, I think they're all good products. Read my reviews in <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2019/01/new-nivea-day-night-care.html" target="_blank">New Nivea day & night care</a> for blue and white one and in <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2018/04/nivea-urban-skin-moisturizer.html" target="_blank">Nivea Urban skin moisturizer</a> for the green one.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Oriflame Recharge overnight mask.</b> I bought this as a night cream, but soon realized it's quite heavy on the skin and should be used as exactly what they say - a mask. I use it once or twice a week over night and I have to say I love it. I already repurchased it and I'll continue using it. Now, during winter, I can use it more often and it leaves my skin really soft.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Argan oil serum and Delia serum.</b> To be honest, I don't have any opinion on these. I used them all and they didn't do any damage on my skin, but I also didn't see any improvement and it was like nothing happened. My skin was quite soft, but nothing special.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Hair products:</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrfGLheZvo8f8ZyLrnSaa6CDjbN7EeFheUmc20GU3MX5LCqsvM5EjY4s8rIjw9oNFXiV6dgSJZ38KQYeN35n7cLS9FyOK1p1sXHomQULOQXUXSUVbHrjSThahmHh8MaIyAZUah-wp9Ira6/s1600/blog2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrfGLheZvo8f8ZyLrnSaa6CDjbN7EeFheUmc20GU3MX5LCqsvM5EjY4s8rIjw9oNFXiV6dgSJZ38KQYeN35n7cLS9FyOK1p1sXHomQULOQXUXSUVbHrjSThahmHh8MaIyAZUah-wp9Ira6/s640/blog2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Garnier fructis hair masks.</b> Ever since I bought my first one from this line, it's all I've been using. I use them as hair softeners and I rinse them off and they make brushing my hair so easy. They all smell great (and that's the only reason why I buy different each time, I'm trying to pick my favorite scent). I also use them on the ends of my hair few days after washing it to revive them and stop them from looking so dry. My absolute favorite hair masks!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Yves Rocher anti-dandruff shampoo.</b> How many times have I promised a review on all of these? Just trust me when I say you will love these products and I'm not buying any other shampoo ever again.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Make-up products:</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QQe4gBTvPP0/XgijabdlDWI/AAAAAAAADZo/8_iNp4CVBTk06OuRA3_T8QIp-KBmfN4sgCEwYBhgL/s1600/blog3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QQe4gBTvPP0/XgijabdlDWI/AAAAAAAADZo/8_iNp4CVBTk06OuRA3_T8QIp-KBmfN4sgCEwYBhgL/s640/blog3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Essence waterproof eyeliner.</b> As it's known, my favorite brand and my favorite eyeliner. I'm not the best with eyeliners, but this one makes the application somehow easier. Or I'm just used to it more. I'm going to buy it over and over again until they stop making it. It's, of course, part of my <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2018/04/essentials-make-up.html" target="_blank">Essentials: Make-up</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Rimmel Stay matte compact powder.</b> I thought I would be using this one some more, but it fell few days ago and shattered. If it was a newer product, I would fix it and use it, but I needed a new one so this was a nice opportunity not to feel guilty for throwing out so much product. I already bought a new one.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Nail products:</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-I2oss7UXxXA/XgijaZCoTGI/AAAAAAAADZw/n8SyzACh0RELvH32bL3SwUuocwtx2YEkgCEwYBhgL/s1600/blog4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-I2oss7UXxXA/XgijaZCoTGI/AAAAAAAADZw/n8SyzACh0RELvH32bL3SwUuocwtx2YEkgCEwYBhgL/s640/blog4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Base coat and top coat.</b> I've written about these two a lot in the past few years. I've been using only Essence base and top coats for years and, for me, there are no better ones. There's not much I can say... They protect my nails from breaking and staining and top coat keeps my manicures intact for weeks. Learn about all the products I think are essential for your manicures in my post <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2016/01/essentials-nails.html" target="_blank">Essentials: Nails</a> and read more about my routine here <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2017/03/my-nails-and-manicures-routine.html" target="_blank">My nails and manicures (routine)</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Essence rose nail polish.</b> I just included this one here because I think some nude-ish color like this is also an essential and I already bought the same one.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Other random products:</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMoeiY9WcD8e5LiC5s6VqqtxfsRW84WH-IQBFw4iiZiJKUMCqTsMNKJ2LM4HGvMmGVfWWkLfRYRee2uuy7tSLebyJF-gPdZ0yS_STvsY1Ai7vlOXl7S3olgvyzDFy483sei0_BWBYmZkNy/s1600/blog5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMoeiY9WcD8e5LiC5s6VqqtxfsRW84WH-IQBFw4iiZiJKUMCqTsMNKJ2LM4HGvMmGVfWWkLfRYRee2uuy7tSLebyJF-gPdZ0yS_STvsY1Ai7vlOXl7S3olgvyzDFy483sei0_BWBYmZkNy/s640/blog5.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Balea shaving gel.</b> Ever since I discovered shaving gels, I've been buying the same brand. I think these are really affordable products that do a great job. They're easy to use, don't require a lot of product and they usually smell nice. I'll be buying these more.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Garnier Clean sensation deodorant.</b> I have to say this deodorant kept my sweat smell under control quite well. It doesn't have any particular scent so you can mix it with your favorite perfumes as well. I'll buy new one soon.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Listerine mouth wash.</b> I don't really use mouthwash, but I really liked this one and I realized it was super helpful one day when I overslept and was slate to work. Instead of taking 5 minutes to brush my teeth, I swirled this around my mouth while I was getting dressed. I would recommend buying it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Essence All about matt oil control papers.</b> To be honest, I never used these. If I need to remove oils, I'll most likely use a toiled paper or hand towels. This seems practical for on-the-go, but I never took it with me.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Products I'm giving away:</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-AhOBmK0ZT14/Xgijg_6OcOI/AAAAAAAADZ0/EjjsxecJHfsfJI1jPyOasgNG1djDtK4VwCEwYBhgL/s1600/blog8.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-AhOBmK0ZT14/Xgijg_6OcOI/AAAAAAAADZ0/EjjsxecJHfsfJI1jPyOasgNG1djDtK4VwCEwYBhgL/s640/blog8.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Balea black micellar water.</b> This really doesn't fit my skin type and I used it only twice so I'm giving it to my friend.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Oriflame Love nature cleansing gel.</b> If you read something on this blog, you know that I have Nivea's cleansing gel so I really don't need this one too. Also, it's that same line the toner if from and I don't like either.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Silicone brush cleaner.</b> There's no other reason for getting rid of this item but the fact that I bought a new, bigger one. I hope this one will be used more by my friend.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I hope you liked my post and found some help whether to buy or not some of these products. You can also see which brands I usually go for so that's also what you can expect from this blog.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Walking around these past days during December made me think about other people and how little acts of kindness could really make the difference. Even if you don't think of directly helping other people, there's always something you can do to make things easier for other people too.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm also trying to make these holidays better for someone so I'm hosting my first giveaway on this blog. Small things like this can brighten someone's day so I hope you'll realize what you can do to put smile on someone's face. Or, at least, not annoy them.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><br /></b>
<b>Park in the one spot.</b> There's a lot of people out there now and I can not tell you how annoying it is when I see one car taking up two parking spaces because the driver just doesn't care. Unless you have some huge Hummer or a truck, you can fit your car in the specified spot.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Help people get out of the parking spots.</b> Going with the previous one, there's a big chance you're just waiting for this one person to leave so you could park your car in their spot. If you see them struggling with maneuvering, go out, tell them how far they can go. It's nice to help people, instead of making fun of them. They'll also leave sooner.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Do not be angry at the cashiers.</b> It's not their fault there's a lot of people in the line before you and the prices are higher. Most of the times, people buying stuff are those who are holding the line. Even if you see a worker struggling and holding the line, trust me, they're feeling bad enough. They really don't need your hate too.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Buy one extra thing and donate it.</b> How many times you had a shopping list and you bought few extra stuff, just because? Well now, in this holiday season, buy one extra item and donate it where ever. Buy one sweater, T-shirt, pasta, juice, toy, teddy bear,... Where ever you're buying your presents, I'm sure there's one cheaper thing so you won't go broke, but it could make someone's day.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Put on a smile and be calm.</b> I can't tell you how many times I was annoyed cause I missed my bus, the shirt I was going to buy didn't came in my size or I couldn't find the bow for my presents. In all those times, I stopped myself, smiled and started a Christmas song in my head. It made it all better and I reminded myself it's not the end of the world. If you react like that, chances are people around you will get calmer too.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Give out information.</b> If you know something, share it with the people. For example, you know that one store is wrapping presents for free and you see people waiting in line for wrapping presents for some cash. Tell them where they can go for free. If you know there's an empty parking spot two rows down, tell the first car driver you see. If you see someone getting expensive version of something you usually get for cheaper, share it with them. It may seem like you're getting into their business, but you're not. They'll be grateful.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Bring decor and cookies to work.</b> There's nothing worse than working for holidays. If you have any extra decorations or cakes and cookies, bring them with you. You and your coworkers will have a better time and I can assure you the mood in the office will go up.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Fix the graves.</b> I just went to the graveyard and, because it's really windy and raining for the past few days, I saw few flower arrangements and candles flipped or fallen down. I took those few seconds and put them back on. I know I'm sad when I come back and see it all destroyed so I can imagine that other feel that too. Seeing it all pretty on Christmas day too somehow makes me calmer.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-large;"><b>Feel free to add to my list and let's make December easy on everyone!</b></span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In my last post I wrote down one kind of wish list, <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2019/12/blogmas-2019-my-christmas-wishlist.html" target="_blank">Christmas presents wish list</a>. But, more importantly, I love this list. I'm more for memories and experiences than for presents when it comes to December. I would like to see it all and do it all.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
However, working full-time every single day until Christmas (yes, weekends too, for 20+ days) makes this really hard for me. I decided to put together a list to see how many stuff I can actually get done in this time. So let's see what I have planned so far.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you want my last year's list, you can find it in my post <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2018/12/blogmas-2018-december-wishlist.html" target="_blank">Blogmas 2018: December wishlist</a> (you can also print that photo and check what you do). Or, if you want some ideas for winter time, you have my post <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2018/12/blogmas-2018-what-to-do-during-winter.html" target="_blank">Blogmas 2018: What to do during winter</a>, separated into categories for all to find some inspiration.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
OK, now I can get on with this year's list.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<ul>
<li>do Christmas DIYs</li>
<li>decorate my room and our apartment</li>
<li>go to the nearest mountain when it snows</li>
<li>go ice-skating as often as possible</li>
<li>go to the annual Christmas concert at the main square</li>
<li>do a <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2019/12/blogmas-2019-my-1st-giveaway.html" target="_blank">blog giveaway</a></li>
<li>buy a laptop</li>
<li>buy a TV</li>
<li>go to the film set of one of our most known winter movie</li>
<li>finally watch "It's a wonderful life"</li>
<li>do a photoshoot with my closest friends</li>
<li>send out Christmas cards</li>
<li>make one trip to where ever</li>
<li>go to the mass with grandma</li>
<li>see a "Nutcracker" in theater</li>
<li>do a Secret Santa at work</li>
<li>visit a Museum of Chocolate</li>
<li>see a "Swan lake" ballet</li>
<li>see a "Magic flute" opera</li>
</ul>
<div>
I actually believe I can achieve most of these. I'm already in the middle of some and I bought all the tickets for the shows. I'm so looking forward to those 3 days off around Christmas so I can plan all this out.</div>
<div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Have I mentioned before that we have this big tradition with presents each year? This extends to all presents, for birthdays and all other occasions, but it becomes really intense during Christmas. We can give out hints, but we never say we actually want something for Christmas and the person buying the present has to be really careful in planning it out and storing it somewhere. We can not know what we got until the Christmas morning.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
I absolutely love that my family does it like that because it keeps the magic of Santa present. It's more heart-warming and special to get a surprise. I also think it's really rude to ask for a certain present because you should be happy enough to even get anything. Stay humble.</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
With all of this being said, I do have some stuff I wouldn't mind getting. I've been giving out hints all year (not with Christmas always in mind) and I hope my family picked something up. I also know this won't be the full list because I'm 100% sure I won't be able to think of everything, but here it is. Also, I'll probably buy all of these myself, but just in case someone sees this, maybe they'll surprise me. This can also be your guide for presents (other than that, you can read my <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2017/12/blogmas-2017-gift-guide-christmas.html" target="_blank">Blogmas 2017: Gift guide (Christmas edition?)</a> post.</div>

<b>Karaoke microphone</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I've wanted one of these for so long! I love to sing (<i>and I do not have a voice to do it, but I still love it</i>) and I always grab stuff to act as my microphone. I'd love to take this to my friend's house and just goof around. To be honest, I probably wouldn't use it to the fullest, but it would still be awesome to have one and pretend I'm a star!</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
I want to do a lot more of real nail art (all nail posts are <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/search/label/nails" target="_blank">here</a>) and I know I need a good quality brushes for it. I've had some from eBay and they weren't bad, but they didn't have a single one that was precise enough for me. One day I threw them all out because I got annoyed and now I need a new set. <i>I'm probably gonna buy one on eBay again.</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Tripod</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This tripod has been on my list for 2 years now. I have no idea why I haven't bought it yet, but I'm planning to in the next year for sure. I already found a great one, and not too expensive, on eBay. I keep saying that I don't do fashion posts because I don't have it and I can't take pictures of my outfits so I'm interested to see whether this will change or not.</div>

<b>Satin PJs</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now this is not a must, obviously, but I've really wanted a satin PJ for quite some time now. I know they can get pretty expensive so I don't want 100% pure silk, but something that resembles it. I really like the look of it, but I'm not so interested in the materials.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Chain charm bracelet</b><br />
I've been wanting this type of bracelet for a year and something now because I plan to put a pendant for each trip I take or for each big event that happens. I already have few pendants in my thoughts, but I need this type of bracelet to put them on. I also want it in yellow gold and I plan to put silver pendants to combine both colors so I could wear it all the time.<br />
<br />
<b>Sewing machine</b><br />
I bought one recently and it was a mini one like this. However, it came broken and I couldn't sew anything with it. To this day I haven't received a refund and I never will. This didn't stop me from still wanting one so I hope to get on in the near future. It doesn't have to be this small, but I don't want a professional one either...</div>

I know this is a self-promotion, but I would highly recommend checking these two posts if you need more ideas or want to see my progress over the years.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
This year I made 3 table pieces and one for the graveyard. Again, I spent quite a lot of money on these, but I had so much fun doing them all. I probably could have gotten everything for much less dollars, but I wasn't really sure what I wanted and what exactly I would need so I got too much of everything. Anyhow, let's jump to the DIYs.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
I started with the one for my grandparents. I already have a ton of decor for their house and this year I just decided to add some silver into the whole story. I found this cute round plate (or whatever that is) and I knew it would be perfect for a small arrangement like this. I glued down the big candle in the middle first and then I glued down a garland so it looks fuller. The rest was just adding some traditional decor into it. Also, I couldn't find a bow that would fit so I DIYed this as well. You can find tutorials on YouTube; they're quite easy to make.</div>

Next one was my brother's. If you read the post from last year (linked above), you would know this is the one they had in 2018. They loved it and they still have the same color scheme this year so I just decided to recycle it a bit. I changed the foam and added some fake tree branches. The rest is pretty much the same, but I also added some white details. Tell me which one do you like better, this year's or the last year's?</div>

My grandma wanted one for the grave, for her cousin who recently passed away so I made this small and cute one. At first I thought small candle will be just fine, but when I finished it, I realized something was not OK. Then I replaced it with a bigger glitter one and now I like it much better. This one was done in about 10 minutes and I know it kinda shows, but I think it's cute.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
The last one I did was for my home. I bought this IKEA photo frame as my bottom plate and I was not wrong. Under the "glass", I placed a thin piece of felt just in case some bottom would be showing through so I wanted to have "grass" below it all. I left the protective film on it as I was sure I would cover the markings. This way nothing was actually glued to the frame and I could put it on my wall some time in the future. Along the edges, I glued down the garland so it covers the inside and then placed the foam in the middle. After that it's standard procedure. I placed some fake tree branches into the foam, glued down the candle holders and added decor. Voilá!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
How about some information about future posts? Yeah, you got me. I had no time to write a proper blog post and I'm just trying to cover for myself. Update post. Yeah right.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But since we're all here, I did want to mention some updates. I have a feeling it's OK to start talking and thinking about <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/search/label/Blogmas" target="_blank">#Blogmas</a> on my blog. For the last few years, I wrote 3 posts a week and they were all Christmas or winter related. Since I cut down my regular posts from 2-a-week to 1-a-week, I guess it would be smart to cut down <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/search/label/Blogmas" target="_blank">#Blogmas</a> posts too. I'm still thinking about it and how I'm going to pull it off, but <b>I'll definitely do <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/search/label/Blogmas" target="_blank">#Blogmas</a></b>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This time <b>you'll be able to get some prizes too</b>. I got some products ready for you guys and you'll just have to keep up with the series to find out more. I'm really excited for it and I hope you'll be too!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Also, <b>follow me on <a href="https://www.instagram.com/anitsirk_j/?hl=en" target="_blank">Instagram</a> and <a href="https://twitter.com/Honey_KJ" target="_blank">Twitter</a></b> because I'll be opening advent calendar each day and I'll be sharing everything.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And that's all. Thanks for coming and reading and keeping up with my ramblings on my personal blog too :)</div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">** On a personal note this week: <a href="https://thisisallus.blogspot.com/2019/11/my-body-image-journey-holding-it-in.html" target="_blank">My body image journey - holding it in (part 2)</a></span></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you read any of my posts regarding this topic, you would know that I'm not a fan of fall. There are two reasons for it - rain and shorter days. However, I feel like blogging community has had its impact on me so I'm starting to see the good in it. Now I don't hate it, I only dislike it.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-q2QMQDU_e0A/Xcg1wMtAhVI/AAAAAAAADS4/v59230diIzkYhLieU16xV5Q1gpRY0A_sQCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/fall%2Bfavorites.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1143" data-original-width="1600" height="456" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-q2QMQDU_e0A/Xcg1wMtAhVI/AAAAAAAADS4/v59230diIzkYhLieU16xV5Q1gpRY0A_sQCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/fall%2Bfavorites.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Anyway, there are some things I do really like in fall so I decided to share them with you. We'll see how this goes, but there should be some other stuff than just beauty...</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-X_JOQg0oS0Y/Xcg2Jd0MBDI/AAAAAAAADTE/zca2XsmADtkNiCJHMqzBkBcLNlSnGKeIgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/easy_interesting_manicures_1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-X_JOQg0oS0Y/Xcg2Jd0MBDI/AAAAAAAADTE/zca2XsmADtkNiCJHMqzBkBcLNlSnGKeIgCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/easy_interesting_manicures_1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You know all of this started cause I love nails too much. I don't follow season trends by the book, but I do love <b>darker nail polishes</b>. Even though I wear them all year round, I love dark brown or burgundy colors on my nails this time of the year. <i>Anyone had DJ Pauly D in their head now?</i> I wasn't a huge fan of fall manicures with leaves or anything Halloween related cause I don't celebrate it, but that changed when I made an order for some nail stuff I've been seeing around...</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Again, not following seasons, but I do like <b>dark lipsticks</b> as well and I can finally wear them without looking weird. I love the dark eye make-up too, but lipsticks are easier to apply and they take way less time to do so I always go for the lips first.</div>
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oeyXJpDS3rw/Xcg1v_TJgCI/AAAAAAAADS0/ZoQiOP48sB81AiB7UibrI6yDZxq58IHWQCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/Hot%2BChocolate%2BMix_edited.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" data-original-height="853" data-original-width="1280" height="426" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oeyXJpDS3rw/Xcg1v_TJgCI/AAAAAAAADS0/ZoQiOP48sB81AiB7UibrI6yDZxq58IHWQCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/Hot%2BChocolate%2BMix_edited.jpg" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Source: <a href="https://www.thugkitchen.com/recipes/hot-chocolate-mix" target="_blank">https://www.thugkitchen.com/recipes/hot-chocolate-mix</a></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Everyone else usually goes for 'pumpkin spiced' anything during the fall, but I personally don't like it. To be honest I never had a pumpkin spiced coffee (I also don't drink coffee at all) or a candle. Instead, I live on <b>chocolate scents</b>. I buy chocolate scented candles and I love them! Whenever I smell them, I feel like I'm in some fairytale, or like I'm Heidi living on a mountain enjoying life. I also love to drink <b>hot chocolate</b> or <b>hot cocoa</b> everywhere I go.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Even though I just love green fields and trees, there's something so magical in <b>colorful leaves</b> during fall. If you ignore the fact that the nature is awesome for Instagram themes, nature during fall is just beautiful. I could sit somewhere in the field or on a top of the mountain and just look at all the colors. I also love the leaves rustling.</div>
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.puzzlemobi.com/fall/images/puzzle/fall-sunrise.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" data-original-height="533" data-original-width="748" height="456" src="https://www.puzzlemobi.com/fall/images/puzzle/fall-sunrise.jpg" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Source: <a href="http://www.puzzlemobi.com/puzzle.php?image=fall/images/puzzle/fall-sunrise.jpg#.Xcg3MdVKjIU">http://www.puzzlemobi.com/puzzle.php?image=fall/images/puzzle/fall-sunrise.jpg#.Xcg3MdVKjIU</a></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Along with the nature theme, the days get shorter and we're basically waking up during the night. That's why we're actually able to see the <b>sunrise</b> and <b>sunset</b>. I go to work each day and I'm able to see the beautiful sunrise over the river each morning. I enjoy moments like that.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Of course, there's always that awesome thing where you can cuddle up in your bed and watch your <b>favorite shows</b>. For those that go to school or college, fall is not that busy. Sure, you start it again, but there are usually not any exams that soon so enjoy while it lasts.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: x-large;">Name 3 things you love about fall!</span></b></div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't know why I have the urge to explain myself whenever I write about nails. How many times can I write that I have a huge love towards manicures, always in different way? I guess I still haven't found the right audience for my <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/search/label/nails" target="_blank">Nails category</a>. Most loved post was, I think, and still is <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2018/02/how-to-remove-stubborn-nail-polish.html" target="_blank">How to remove stubborn nail polish</a> because no matter what you have painted on, you want an easy way to remove it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-L1xdF-czjLU/XcfywuEmeYI/AAAAAAAADR8/DR-Ft6GS_5UjUyA3dbU1Nky_5QZhBSh4QCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/easy_interesting_manicures_4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="965" data-original-width="1600" height="384" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-L1xdF-czjLU/XcfywuEmeYI/AAAAAAAADR8/DR-Ft6GS_5UjUyA3dbU1Nky_5QZhBSh4QCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/easy_interesting_manicures_4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Once I realized you liked that one, I upgraded it and wrote <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2018/10/removing-nail-polish-with-clips.html" target="_blank">Removing nail polish with clips</a>. But to even have something to remove, you need to paint something on first. I get it not everybody has the will or the time to paint their nails for 2 hours or more like I do, but still want eye-catching manicures. I'm here today with some easy, but very effective ways to make your manicures pop without much struggle.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Note: You can find my entire manicure routine, keeping my nail polish intact for 2 weeks and more here - <a href="http://honeysroyaltybeauty.blogspot.com/2017/03/my-nails-and-manicures-routine.html" target="_blank">My nails and manicures routine</a>.</i></div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zsgYjYNto_w/XcfyyoqyZkI/AAAAAAAADSg/WSc8QtuhrjgKfGVYqyg2KcPFEWl0j7CLwCEwYBhgL/s1600/easy_interesting_manicures_8.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="904" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zsgYjYNto_w/XcfyyoqyZkI/AAAAAAAADSg/WSc8QtuhrjgKfGVYqyg2KcPFEWl0j7CLwCEwYBhgL/s640/easy_interesting_manicures_8.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'll, of course, start with the obvious one. Add a <b>glitter top coat</b>. There are so many glitters out there - silver, gold, multi-color, holo, flakes,... Take your pick. In my experience, glitter can go over any nail polish color and nail shape. You can even paint it on its own. Also, glitter top coats make your manicures longer lasting.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-E0JW9cfI1Ow/XcfyyAp71_I/AAAAAAAADSc/eqzcUKrsJskR6pI8ZamSATt6dm5MRXEvQCEwYBhgL/s1600/easy_interesting_manicures_7.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="965" data-original-width="1600" height="384" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-E0JW9cfI1Ow/XcfyyAp71_I/AAAAAAAADSc/eqzcUKrsJskR6pI8ZamSATt6dm5MRXEvQCEwYBhgL/s640/easy_interesting_manicures_7.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Complete opposite is the <b>matte effect</b>. This finish has been quite popular few years ago, came back and is here to stay. While I love glossy nails, matte effect makes any nail polish look so much more stylish and elegant.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-mGdXufh2j-4/Xcfyvvh6PaI/AAAAAAAADSY/3JoEC3OolCc5XfaZYecdDiXNY4-Mb1jJwCEwYBhgL/s1600/easy_interesting_manicures_1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="903" data-original-width="1600" height="360" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-mGdXufh2j-4/Xcfyvvh6PaI/AAAAAAAADSY/3JoEC3OolCc5XfaZYecdDiXNY4-Mb1jJwCEwYBhgL/s640/easy_interesting_manicures_1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And now, my personal favorite - <b>accent nail</b>. Whenever I don't have time to actually do my manicure something special, I love to paint all of my nails whatever color and then choose a nail, usually on my ring finger and/or thumb, to make something else. It's either glitter or matte or I just choose another color that will match the rest of the nails well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And there you go. These are the 3 easiest ways to make your manicure pop a bit without struggling and putting a lot of time into it. If you decide to do your manicure after reading this, please send me a photo on Twitter or Instagram, I'd love to see your ideas.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: x-large;">Tell me, how much time do you spend painting your nails, if any?</span></b></div>
