Are you really taking care of your skin if you don't have one of these 3 masks? Are you really a beauty blogger if you don't own them all? It's a struggle to keep up with all of it, but thankfully, I got this one for my birthday so I only have two more to go.
What they say? Pirifies, mattifies. Three pure clays + eucalyptus. Suitable for all skin types. 50 ml for 10 applications. The skin is immediately refreshed and cleansed. After one week, the shine is reduced, skin is cleaner and softer. By longer usage, skin becomes transformed and breathes.
How to use? Apply thin layer on a clean skin avoiding areas around eyes and lips. Use 2 to 3 times a week. Leave it to dry 5 to 10 minutes and remove with towel or warm water.
First impressions? So I've used it only once so I'm going to share first impressions with you. I used just a little bit of it that was on the lid on my T zone. I applied it, like all of my masks, with Essence flat make-up brush. It applied very easily. You have time to really spread it where ever you want. The first thing I noticed was the great fresh scent which I believe is eucalyptus. It's nothing special, but it's nice. Then, of course, green is one of my favorite colors, so I love that too. It dried really fast, withing 5 minutes for sure. Once it's dry, it's really tight and once you move your face, it will crack depending on the thickness of the layer. It definitely didn't come off with a wipe, but you shouldn't have any problems with removing it with warm water. Once it dissolves by massaging it with water, you can take it off with a wipe or a towel.
Results? My skin immediately felt a lot smoother and more matte. Also, it should go on a clean skin and I just wiped my skin with some toner so it wasn't perfectly clean. I believe that results could have been better if I did clean my face properly. Also, I thought this will dry my skin, which I don't mind, but it didn't. It left it matte, but somehow nourished and moisturized.
Verdict? They say it's for 10 applications which I think is not true. I think I'll get more application out of this, but I'll see. Also, it's not that expensive, but it's on a higher range among drugstore products. For now, I think I'll like it for the sake of smooth skin. I'll see what it will do after some time of using it. If anything changes, I'll do a full review. There's a big fuss about these masks, but just from first impressions, it's just like any other mask.
Is there still someone who doesn't have any of these masks?
What are your thoughts if you do?
I haven't tried this one, but I've tried the red algae one and I like it! The green one sounds better for oily skin :)

It is good and leaves skin so smooth, but I got red one in meantime and I like that one better! The power of exfoliating is amazing :)
DeleteThanks for coming :*
I have this and love it!! A little goes a long way so it will definitely last more than 10 applications :) lovely review and happy belated birthday!

Yeah, I hope so. I'm counting how many uses I'll have to write an update on this.
Deletethanks for reading :)
It was so hard to find this, it was sold out everywhere in London.
ReplyDeleteI'm still not sure how much I like it, and I find the scent very overwhelming. Applying it is so much fun though. I need to get one of those flat brushes as well!
