Blogmas 2017: Gift guide (Christmas edition?)

I love buying presents. I would probably buy a gift for a random person on the street if I heard they said they want something. I unfortunately don't have money to buy you all presents, but I hope I can help you pick some.
I'm going to cover most of areas and price ranges so I really hope you'll find something or get some idea by reading this. Also, if you're not celebrating Christmas, I'm sure you have other occasions to give presents.
I'll also divide all presents by some price categories. And, I guess, you can find cheap and expensive versions of all these, but I'll categorize them the way I buy them and see them. Also, these categories may seem off to you, but I'll base this on my family (so read them all!).

Girls (sisters, daughters, girlfriends, friends, cousins, mothers, grandmas)

Other presents you can get if you have even more money:
  • pay for somebody's language/make-up/sport/nail/driving lessons/course
  • pay somebody a few day trip or pay for the hotel somewhere
  • give gift card/coupons for a specific store you know they love
  • give gift card for nail/hair/car salon
  • buy tickets for favorite concert (at least 2!)
  • give gift card for someone's tattoo
I hope I gave you some idea. I would also like to share some tips for buying presents:
  • remember you're buying it for that specific person - not yourself!
  • pay attention to what people say they want/need through the year - you'll have many more ideas when you need them
  • consider person's hobby, job or passion - choose something related to that
  • box full of random stuff usually works great - inside jokes and stories may be your guidline
  • buy something a person wants, but would never buy for themselves cause it's basically useless - e.g. pink fuzzy picture frame, table decor
  • if you have no ideas, buy something everybody needs - e.g. socks, PJs, shower gel,...
  • always include some (favorite) candy - food and drinks are also a safe choice

But always remember it's not about the money, it's about the thought and meaning of your present!

  3. My favorite tip is 2 for others, one for yourself. I mean, what is Christmas without doing yourself some good. :D I really need to start buying presents. I'm so behind! After reading your list, I definitely have a few ideas for smaller gifts, although most of my friends are not very comaptible with these suggestions. They're so different from me. I must say though, I want more from the men's side. :D Girls actually love electronic stuff etc. as well. At least I do. And I hate getting perfumes etc. unless someone really knows what I like, which they mostly don't. I always pay attention to what people like and when I hear something like "I would love this or that", I remember and get it. I also love giving tickets. It's a nice way to spend time with someone by buying them for the two of you. But boxes with all kinds of stuff is usually my favorite kind of present. :)
