Real Techniques expert face brush

I never wanted branded brushes, expensive ones. I just needed a good brush that would make my make-up routine a bit easier. Foundation is the most important part of your make-up and we all want it to be good, quick and easy. I then saw a lot of reviews and videos featuring this brush so I decided to give it a try.
Expert face brush
This the most expensive brush in my collection. It's not that expensive but giving $20 for it wasn't an easy decision. However, I thought if this is any good, I won't buy any other brush so it would be worth it. I ordered this brush with a set of other brushes and I used those others for quite a long time before even trying this one. I was saving it for a special occasion.
Real Techniques: Our expert face brush is ultra firm and broad for application and blending of cream and liquid foundation.
First impressions. Since I was using way bigger brush before this one, I was unpleasantly surprised with how small it is. It was also very streaky and blending wasn't easy at all. I used it with a light BB cream, but the other brush did better job. So, my first impressions weren't at all good.
However, I did try it recently just to give it another chance and I was so surprised. It's not streaky at all, it blends my foundation perfectly. I love it that it's so dense. I would like it to be a bit bigger, but this is just fine. I like the design of it, it's nothing special, but then again, I don't pay much attention to looks if the product is good. The quality is good, nothing is falling out. I washed it a few times now and it's still as good as new. I've used it every single time when applying my make-up for the past 3 months.
Verdict? I would recommend this brush, although I think there are cheaper brushes out there that do the same job. But it's Real Techniques so maybe you're into that. It is quite small, but very dense and does a great job with actual foundations (BB creams didn't work for me).
Do you like Real Techniques? What are your favorite brushes? Give me some recommendations.

    1. I have little knowledge about brushes so I went with what I saw in tutorials mostly. I don't know if it works only with some foundations or in a specific way, but I went from hating it to loving it :)

      thank you for reading :*

  2. I love Real Technique brushes! I don't have this particular one but others are amazing. They aren't too pricey compared to Zoeva and other brands and they are just as good in quality.
