Blogmas 2017: Recap (December, Blogmas, presents)

I don't know am I suppose to write another Blogmas post after Christmas. I don't think this is how it works, but it's still holiday time, so I'm doing it.
This December has been the most hectic one that I can remember in quite a few years. I'll get into more details and I'll review my own blogging style. I'll also tell you what I got for Christmas and how it all went.
December:
Why was this the most hectic December as long as I can remember? Because I had 3 weeks of exams (which usually end in two weeks), because I had some other college stuff and trips to do and because I found a job. On top of all that, I decided to change my blogging schedule and everything was just a bit too much. Of course, I had to decorate for Christmas and I had to do shopping for presents.  And baking cookies and cakes. College and job took my entire day - from 8 a.m. till 9/10 p.m. So I had to do everything else late in the evening meaning I was already tired and I just needed to get some sleep before the other day. However, I'm lucky I only need few hours of sleep so I managed to do it all.
Blogmas:
This was the first year I did Blogmas. At least I tried. I blogged 3 times a week which turned out to be a lot (!) harder than 2 times a week. I had to write all the posts, take some pictures and promote them which took the most time. I usually wrote my posts somewhere around midnight and it was usually 2 a.m. until I was completely done. I'm not 100% with everything I wrote, but it was the best I could do at the time. I hate real Blogmases because I don't have the time to read a new post each day and I usually don't like the topics because people need 24-30 posts to write and there's just so many things you can write down before I lose interest in those. That's maybe just me, but that's why I chose to post only 3 times a day. I'm actually quite proud of myself.
Christmas and presents:
As every year, I celebrated Christmas at my grandparents' house. I was the Santa so I had to put all presents under our tree. I only had the problem with our dog who wouldn't stop barking and chewing on our presents, but it went pretty well considering. I also forgot my father's present so I had to text mom to bring it and put under the tree before he sees it. I also went to a midnight mass as always and Christmas day went by with lots of Christmas music and food.
This year, unlike any other, I gave pretty specific hints so I wasn't really surprised by anything, but I love everything I got. I got metallic bronze sneakers, shorts perfect for winter time, fuzzy socks and winter gloves cause I needed some. I also got bunch of candy so I'm really happy.

How was your December/Christmas? What did you get?
