Empties | 2019

** GIVEAWAY (rules and entry form): Blogmas 2019: My 1st GIVEAWAY

How has the year already passed? I sound like a broken record every year, but I feel like there's so much I could have done during the year so the end now seems so weird and almost unexpected. Is the life now really faster then it used to be? I wonder how you feel about it...

Each year I have more and more products in this box. I think I'll need a bigger box for these posts. If you're interested in any of the previous posts on this topic, you can find them in my 'Empties' category (Empties | 2016, Empties | 2017 and Empties | 2018).

Skincare products products - cleansing:
L'Oreal Pure Clay cleansers. I've had these red and black clay cleansers for quite a long time. I wasn't sure which one would fit my skin the best so I bought them both and often used them together. I would first wash my face with the red one and, after it would exfoliate my skin, I would use the black one to really clean it. I have to say that the combination is perfect for my skin and I'll repurchase them both. I included them in my Essentials: Skincare post.
Balea peeling gel. I bought this as a compact product to carry with me to the summer vacation. It worked well and my skin was always left smooth. I will probably repurchase it next summer too.
L'Oreal micellar water. I used this one to remove my make-up and sometimes just to lightly clean my skin if I didn't have time for a full night routine. It worked great, it took all of my make-up off. I had to work a bit harder to remove waterproof eyeliner, but I would say it's a good product. I probably won't buy it again just because I like to try new products and I already have some waiting for me, but I would definitely recommend it. You can read more on it in my post L'Oreal micellar water.
Oriflame Love nature toner. I really thought I would like this product much more. It didn't do any damage to my skin, but I didn't particularly like it either. It left my skin quite dry and kinda rubbery which I didn't like. It fit my daily routine, which you can read about in my post My skincare routine (morning + night), but I didn't like it on its own. I won't buy it again.
L'Oreal kiwi scrub. You know I have more of these and I like them all, but this one was probably the wors out of the bunch. I won't buy it again because I like some of their scrubs more, but I would not say it's a bad product. You can read more of my thoughts on it in my post L'Oreal Smooth sugars clear scrub (kiwi).

Skincare products - moisturizing:
L'Oreal Hydra genius fluid. My absolute favorite find of this year. I loved it since the first time I applied it on my face. It fits my skin well and I love the feeling it leaves. You can read my full thoughts on it in my review post L'Oreal new Hydra genius fluid, but in short I would definitely recommend it. I also learned they have 3 of them, for different skin types so take your pick.
Nivea Essential creams. As you may know by now, I love Nivea as a brand. Their products always fit my skin and these creams are no different. I liked the blue and white one better than the green one, but all in all, I think they're all good products. Read my reviews in New Nivea day & night care for blue and white one and in Nivea Urban skin moisturizer for the green one.
Oriflame Recharge overnight mask. I bought this as a night cream, but soon realized it's quite heavy on the skin and should be used as exactly what they say - a mask. I use it once or twice a week over night and I have to say I love it. I already repurchased it and I'll continue using it. Now, during winter, I can use it more often and it leaves my skin really soft.
Argan oil serum and Delia serum. To be honest, I don't have any opinion on these. I used them all and they didn't do any damage on my skin, but I also didn't see any improvement and it was like nothing happened. My skin was quite soft, but nothing special.

Hair products:
Garnier fructis hair masks. Ever since I bought my first one from this line, it's all I've been using. I use them as hair softeners and I rinse them off and they make brushing my hair so easy. They all smell great (and that's the only reason why I buy different each time, I'm trying to pick my favorite scent). I also use them on the ends of my hair few days after washing it to revive them and stop them from looking so dry. My absolute favorite hair masks!
Yves Rocher anti-dandruff shampoo. How many times have I promised a review on all of these? Just trust me when I say you will love these products and I'm not buying any other shampoo ever again.

Make-up products:
Essence waterproof eyeliner. As it's known, my favorite brand and my favorite eyeliner. I'm not the best with eyeliners, but this one makes the application somehow easier. Or I'm just used to it more. I'm going to buy it over and over again until they stop making it. It's, of course, part of my Essentials: Make-up.
Rimmel Stay matte compact powder. I thought I would be using this one some more, but it fell few days ago and shattered. If it was a newer product, I would fix it and use it, but I needed a new one so this was a nice opportunity not to feel guilty for throwing out so much product. I already bought a new one.

Nail products:
Base coat and top coat. I've written about these two a lot in the past few years. I've been using only Essence base and top coats for years and, for me, there are no better ones. There's not much I can say... They protect my nails from breaking and staining and top coat keeps my manicures intact for weeks. Learn about all the products I think are essential for your manicures in my post Essentials: Nails and read more about my routine here My nails and manicures (routine).
Essence rose nail polish. I just included this one here because I think some nude-ish color like this is also an essential and I already bought the same one.

Other random products:
Balea shaving gel. Ever since I discovered shaving gels, I've been buying the same brand. I think these are really affordable products that do a great job. They're easy to use, don't require a lot of product and they usually smell nice. I'll be buying these more.
Garnier Clean sensation deodorant. I have to say this deodorant kept my sweat smell under control quite well. It doesn't have any particular scent so you can mix it with your favorite perfumes as well. I'll buy new one soon.
Listerine mouth wash. I don't really use mouthwash, but I really liked this one and I realized it was super helpful one day when I overslept and was slate to work. Instead of taking 5 minutes to brush my teeth, I swirled this around my mouth while I was getting dressed. I would recommend buying it.
Essence All about matt oil control papers. To be honest, I never used these. If I need to remove oils, I'll most likely use a toiled paper or hand towels. This seems practical for on-the-go, but I never took it with me.

Products I'm giving away:
Balea black micellar water. This really doesn't fit my skin type and I used it only twice so I'm giving it to my friend.
Oriflame Love nature cleansing gel. If you read something on this blog, you know that I have Nivea's cleansing gel so I really don't need this one too. Also, it's that same line the toner if from and I don't like either.
Silicone brush cleaner. There's no other reason for getting rid of this item but the fact that I bought a new, bigger one. I hope this one will be used more by my friend.

I hope you liked my post and found some help whether to buy or not some of these products. You can also see which brands I usually go for so that's also what you can expect from this blog.

What's the one products you discovered this year and absolutely loved? Share in the comments!
